Ryanair, announced 75 new cabin crew positions for its Dublin base, to support the growing demand for Ryanair’s low fares, unrivalled route choice and exemplary service. On 24 January, Ryanair announced its largest-ever summer schedule for Dublin operating 123 routes.

To underpin the largest-ever summer schedule at Dublin. Ryanair will increase base fleet from 33 to 34 aircraft and swap fourteen existing Dublin-based Boeing 737NG aircraft for 14 new Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 ‘Gamechanger’ aircraft.

Ryanair’s Director of Talent, Mark Duffy, said “We are delighted to announce 75 new cabin crew positions at our Dublin Airport base to support our busy Summer 2025 operations. We invite those interested in joining Ireland’s largest airline to come along to one of our recruitment events taking place Thursday, 20 Feb and 6 Mar to meet the recruitment team and learn more about these exciting roles.”
