Gulf carrier Qatar Airways operating from Hamad International Airport hub to Dublin 14 times weekly is deploying larger 281 seat Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft effective 2 April operating afternoon service QTR18/17 as part of its exciting 2024 network expansion.

The carrier will offer an additional 196 seats per week on the route.

Qatar Airways recently announced a strategic partnership with Aer Lingus through a new new codeshare agreement under which Qatar Airways will add its codeshare on flights operated by Aer Lingus and Aer Lingus Regional enabling connections between Qatar Airways and Aer Lingus (EI) flights through Dublin, London, and Manchester.

Qatar Airways commenced an daily service on 12 June 2017 using two class 253 seat Boeing 787-8 aircraft.
