Icelandair Airbus A320ceo TF-IAT Airbus A320-232 msn 6489 named ‘Dyrfjöll’ made first visit to Dublin Airport on 16 September 2026 operating ICE416/7 from and to Keflavik International Airport. The aircraft landed 1143 local and departed 1327 local.
According to Planespotters.net F-WWDY made first flight in February 2015 and delivered to Wizzair as HA-LYL in March 2015, leased from Dublin based lessor Jackson Square Aviation (JSA). The aircraft was delivered to Icelandair on 7 June 2026 in two class class 154 seat configuration.
Icelandair has signed lease agreements with aircraft lessor Aircastle for six Airbus A320neo aircraft, which will enter service before summer 2028. This is in addition to the recently announced four aircraft of the same type from lessor AviLease, which will enter the fleet in spring 2027. The ten Pratt & Whitney powered aircraft are manufactured between 2018-2020.
The carrier currently operates seven Airbus aircraft. In addition, three new Airbus A321LR’s are scheduled for delivery by end of year. Once these ten A320neo aircraft have been added, Icelandair’s Airbus fleet will consist of 20 aircraft.
