Spanish carrier Vueling operated a one-time Barcelona-Dublin service on 28 August, deploying Airbus A319-111 EC-MKV on VLG8722/8723 rotation. The 144-seat aircraft, MSN 3102, is owned by Du blin-based aircraft lessor Aergo Capital. Before joining Vueling, EC-MKV was operated by Aer Lingus as EI-EPU, named St Conleth, from May 2013 until March 2017.
EC-MKV is one of four former Aer Lingus A319s currently operated by Vueling. The carrier has a fleet of six A319s, with the other three ex-Aer Lingus aircraft being EC-MIQ (MSN 3169, formerly EI-EPR), EC-MIR (MSN 3377, formerly EI-EPS) and EC-MKX (MSN 3054, formerly EI-EPV).
