TUI Airways, the UK arm of the TUI Airline group, has launched an expanded winter schedule from Dublin Airport. The airline has introduced weekly routes to Sofia, Bulgaria, and Verona, Italy, catering to the growing demand for ski travel. These new destinations join TUI’s existing ski-focused routes to Geneva, Innsbruck, and Toulouse, solidifying the carrier’s presence in the winter sports market.

In addition to its ski offerings, TUI Airways has an extensive winter sun programme, serving the Canary Islands with weekly flights to Las Palmas, Lanzarote, and Tenerife South. These routes are designed to meet demand from Irish travellers seeking winter sun getaways.

The carrier also operated a series of special charter flights from Dublin Airport to Kittilä, Finland, a gateway to Lapland, on December 1, 4, 7, 8, 11, and 15. These services utilized a Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

The majority of TUI Airways’ routes from Dublin are operated by its Dublin-based Boeing 737-800 aircraft, configured with 189 seats. An exception is the Verona route, which is served by a UK-based Boeing 737 MAX 8 under a W-based operation from its Birmingham base.
