Ryanair recommenced its twice weekly service (Wednesdays/Sundays) from Ireland West Airport to Girona service operating an extended summer season from 27 March 2024 to 23 October 2024, as part of Ryanair’s biggest ever summer schedule at Ireland West Airport.
The route is operated by a Girona based 189 seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Girona is the capital city of the province of Girona in the autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain, at the confluence of the Ter, Onyar, Galligants, and Güell rivers, Girona City is so-called “City of the Four Rivers”. Girona has a lot to offer, from big attractions to little secret spots. The city is 99 km (62 miles) from Barcelona City accessible by bus and train services.
