Ryanair Group has completed the AOG support fleet renewal with the delivery of a fourth brand-new Bombardier Challenger 3500 replacing Learjet 45 aircraft, further strengthening its rapid Aircraft on Ground (AOG) response capabilities supporting its 647 aircraft at 96 Bases in 36 countries in Europe and North Africa operating 3,361 daily flights across its route network.

The aircraft, registered M-ACOR (msn 21108), was delivered directly from Bombardier’s Montreal facility to Dublin on 16 May, arriving at 1832 local time just over an hour later at 1935, it departed for its new home base at London Stansted. The aircraft entered service next day operating to Klagenfurt, Austria and Shannon, Ireland.

The Challenger 3500 has proven an optimal fit for Ryanair’s high-demand environment, with a dispatch reliability rate of 99.8%, the aircraft combines operational efficiency with capability. Its class-leading wide cabin allows for the transport of large spare parts and equipment.
