Qatar Airways boosts Dublin capacity using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners - IrishAero - Irish Aviation Research Institute

Gulf carrier Qatar Airways is deploying larger 311 seat Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft featuring 30 Business Class Suites and 281 seats in Economy Class, on its double daily Dublin services QTR17/8 and QTE19/20, effective 28 March, as part of its exciting 2025 network expansion.

Qatar Airways has a strategic partnership with Aer Lingus through codeshare agreement under which Qatar Airways with codeshare on flights operated by Aer Lingus and Aer Lingus Regional enabling connections between Qatar Airways and Aer Lingus (EI) flights through Donegal,Dublin, London, and Manchester.

The code-shares enable extensive connectivity to Qatar Airways’ extensive global network through Qatar Airways Hamad International Airport hub to more than 170 destinations worldwide.

Qatar Airways commenced an daily service on 12 June 2017 using two class 253 seat Boeing 787-8 aircraft.
