Emerald Airlines Welcomes 18th ATR72-600 - IrishAero - Irish Aviation Research Institute

Emerald Airlines, exclusive operator of Aer Lingus Regional, has taken delivery of its 18th ATR72-600 aircraft on lease from Limerick based lessor Nordic Aviation Capital.

Planespotters.net data reveals EI-HNA ATR72-212A(600) msn 1321 named ‘St Saran’ delivered Toulouse-Francazal to Dublin 29 April. The aircraft was formerly registered as OY-NZA to Nordic Aviation Capital.

According to Flightradar24 EI-HNA operated its first revenue service 1 May from Dublin to Isle of Man as EIN3216/7.

Aer Lingus Regional operates a fleet of 18 ATR72-600 aircraft operating 30 routes. Seven aircraft are based at Belfast City operated by Emerald Airlines UK operating 12 routes . Eleven aircraft are based at Dublin operated by Emerald Airlines Ireland, operating 17 routes and Cork to Bristol.
