Egyptair has expanded capacity on its Cairo–Dublin route for the 2026 peak summer season by deploying the larger Airbus A321neo on weekend services, reflecting stronger seasonal demand on the Egypt–Ireland market.
Effective from 14 June 2026, the Star Alliance carrier has operated flight MS775/776 using the two-class, 186-seat Airbus A321neo in lieu of the two-class, 142-seat Airbus A320neo on weekend rotations, increasing capacity by 44 seats per flight.
A321neo’s operating the upgauge service include Airbus A321-251NXs SU-GFR (c/n 11164) on 25 July and 1 August; SU-GFT (c/n 11341) on 14 June, 4 July, 26 July and 2 August; SU-GFU (c/n 11352) on 11 July; and SU-GFW (c/n 11581) on 12 July.
EgyptAir previously operated a one-time Dublin Airbus A321Neo service on 29 December to meet Christmas demand using SU-GFX Airbus A321-251NX c/n 11557.
