Edelweiss took delivery of HB-JDB Airbus A320neo msn 09379 named “Hoch-ybrig”, in Zurich on 3 April in 180 seat configuration. The A320neo arrived from Norwich where it had previously been painted in the Edelweiss livery. The aircraft was delivered to Swiss July 2020. Edelweiss will add a total of six Airbus A320neo aircraft to its fleet by 2028.

The aircraft operated to Dublin on 13 April operating Swiss flight (LX400/1) from and to Zurich.

Hoch-Ybrig is a skiing and hiking area in the canton of Schwyz, Switzerland, shared by the municipalities of Unteriberg and Oberiberg. Hoch-Ybrig is dominated by the mountain range Forstberg – Druesberg (7,487ft) – Twäriberg.
