Aer Lingus restarts Dublin-Philadelphia service - IrishAero - Irish Aviation Research Institute

Irish carrier Aer Lingus resumed its daily Dublin-Philadelphia service operated by two class 184 seat Airbus A321Neo-LR aircraft, effective from 1st March 2024 after suspension for winter from 7th January 2024.

Aer Lingus codeshares with American Airlines on route as part of Atlantic Joint Business (AJB) partnership which includes American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia and Finnair.

Aer Lingus is the fifth largest European carrier based on the number of seats on offer between the US and Europe.
The airline will continue to expand this year with new direct service to from Dublin hub to Denver, Colorado commencing 17th May and Minneapolis-St. Paul commencing 29th April , bringing the total number of Aer Lingus routes operating between Europe and North America to 21.
