Turkish Airlines is to increase Istanbul to Dublin frequency from 21 to 25 weekly as part of its expanded Winter 2025/6, with a new evening and morning flight four times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturdays.
Flights will be operated by single-aisle aircraft, including Boeing 737-8, Airbus A320, and A321neo.
The flight schedule marks an important milestone in the airline’s global network strategy, with a clear focus on providing even better connections between Ireland and Australia. Optimized second–wave connections via Istanbul will ensure smoother travel to in Far East, South East Asia and onwards to Australia, a market of strategic importance for Turkish Airlines.
Irish passport holders do not need a visa for short-term tourist or business stays in Türkiye, provided their passport is valid for at least 150 days beyond their intended stay and they are staying for no more than 90 days within any 180-day period.
