Ryanair Boeing 737-800

Ryanair has announced two new routes from Milan Bergamo base to Catania Comiso and Malta for Winter 2013/4 operating a total of 51 routes , and increases frequency on it’s London Stansted route from three to four times daily.

This winter Ryanair will increase passenger volumes by 9% at Bergamo carrying 7.1  million passengers per annum

Ryanair Sales & Marketing Manager Italy, Croatia and Greece John Alborante said “Ryanair is delighted to announce its winter program 2013/14 from Milan (Orio al Serio), with 2 new winter routes to Catania and Malta and the introduction of an additional daily flight to London (Stansted) early in the morning, bringing the total to 4 flights per day for the benefit of business travelers.

Growth in traffic volume by 9% that will help carry over 7.1 million passengers annually and support more than 7,100 jobs * “on site” at the Milan Airport (Orio al Serio), stressing the ‘Ryanair’s commitment to the growth of tourism in Lombardy.”
