Turkish low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines is enhancing its European network for the Winter 2025/26 season, operating a daily nonstop service between Dublin (DUB) and Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW). The route, which has seen steady demand since its launch, will be served by a mix of the airline’s latest-generation Airbus A320neo and A321neo aircraft.
Pegasus operates the route predominantly with its 186-seat A320neo and 239-seat A321neo jets, both part of the carrier’s rapidly modernizing fleet. The A321neo, the largest member of the A320neo Family, is a key efficiency driver for Pegasus—offering more than a 20% reduction in fuel burn and CO₂ emissions, and a 50% smaller noise footprint compared with previous-generation single-aisle aircraft.
Flight PGT1157 is scheduled to depart Istanbul at 09:15, arriving in Dublin at 10:50, with the return sector PGT1158 leaving Dublin at 11:55 and touching down in Istanbul at 19:55 local time.
From its hub at Sabiha Gökçen, Pegasus provides domestic connectivity to 36 destinations across Türkiye, including leisure favourites such as Antalya, Dalaman, and İzmir. The airline’s growing network also spans 114 international routes in 54 countries, positioning Istanbul SAW as a key gateway for European travellers heading to destinations across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
