Eirtech Aviation continues to grow its customer base as the German Air Force sent 12+06 Airbus A310-304 MRTT c/n 522 to Dublin for repainting. The aircraft had arrived on 4th July last and it returned to Cologne/Bonn on 18th July. Paul Doyle pictured the aircraft prior to its departure from Dublin.
According website Planespotters.net this aircraft was previously operated by Lufthansa as D-AIDE and was acquired by German Air Force in 1999 for conversion into Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) role for Cargo, Passenger, Tanker duties.
