Ethiopian Airlines Tuesday, 16 May, commenced a new service between Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Georgia, USA with Dublin Airport technical stopover on westbound leg only using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. The carrier operate four times weekly on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays.
Atlanta is Ethiopian Airlines’ 5th passenger destination in the US following Chicago, Newark, New York and Washington.
ET-AXL Boeing 787-9 msn 62176 operated first service.
Ethiopian Airlines operates Dublin technical stop westbound only on routes from Addis Ababa to Atlanta (ATL), Chicago O’Hare (ORD), Toronto Pearson International (YYZ) and Washington Dulles (IAD).
