CPaT Global announced a new partnership with FLY4 Airlines. Under the agreement, CPaT will support Boeing B737NG training requirements for both pilots and cabin crew. Pilot training will feature CPaT’s newly developed B737NG Aircraft Systems course, supported by General Subjects, while Cabin Crew training will cover Aircraft Systems for Cabin Crew along with Cabin Crew Safety Subjects.

CPaT Vice President of Sales, Greg Darrow said “Flexibility to edit and configure training content was a key consideration for FLY4 Airlines, along with the ability to support both pilot and cabin crew training. CPaT enables that level of editability across both pilot and cabin crew programs with CPaT Invent, giving operators direct control over how their training content is managed.”

FLY4 Airlines Training Manager (NPCT) Alexander Goetsch said, “With this partnership, we are expanding our commitment to continuous learning while reinforcing our ambition to drive innovation not only in flight operations, but also in people development. In an industry that is constantly evolving, continuous learning is a key factor to success. The digital learning offering enables our employees to develop their skills in a flexible, practical, and future-oriented way, thereby sustainably strengthening our competence base and long-term future readiness.”
