Irish ACMI carrier Cityjet commencing operating Lufthansa Cork service DLH984/5 to and from Frankfurt Main, According to Flightradar24, effective from 29 July, using 100 seat CRJ1000 aircraft.
To date the following aircraft operated services EI-HIA msn 19006 , EI-HIB msn 19012, EI-HIC msn 19017.
The carrier wet-lease five CRJ1000 aircraft to Lufthansa for the 2024 summer season. The five 100-seat aircraft will be based at Lufthansa’s Frankfurt Main base from 31 March until 26 October 2024.
CityJet is part of SARA – Strategic Alliance of Regional Airlines, has a combined fleet of 74 aircraft (45 aircraft in Air Nostrum, 26 in CityJet, and 3 in Hibernian Airlines) with all carriers operate as independent entities, with their own brand and structures.
The Holding Group SARA expects to grow to 100 aircraft in the next three years.
