Aer Lingus announced it carried 844,000 passengers in March up 4.3% carrying 83,000 long-haul passengers up 13.7% with a load factor 84.4% up 2.2 points on an 9.5% increase in available seat kilometers as the carrier with the early resumption of Transatlantic routes from Shannon to Boston & New York JFK on 13th March.

The airline carried 674,000 short-haul passengers up 1.7% with a load factor of 77.3% up 4.7 points on an 7% reduction in available seat kilometers.

Aer Lingus Regional carried 87,000 passengers up 19.2% and year to date 224,000 passengers up 21.7%.
