Aer Lingus commenced operation of 184 seat Airbus A321LR on Dublin to Chicago O’Hare route effective from 14 March to 28 March 2028. The A321LR will operate three of 14 weekly services in lieu of 317 seat Airbus A330-300 aircraft, on Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays.
EI-XLW Airbus A321-253NY-XLR, MSN 12142), named St Kealin operated inaugural A321XLR service.
EIN123 service departs Dublin at 1130 arriving Chicago O’Hare route 1510 with a flight time of 8 hours 20 minutes. EIN122 departs Chicago O’Hare at 1645 arriving Dublin 0510 next day with a flight time of 7 hours 20 minutes.
