Aer Lingus commenced 20 December a brand new Cork – Geneva route operating weekly on Saturdays up to 28 March 2026. The first flight EIN852 departed shortly after 1315 operated by EI-DEE Airbus A320-214 msn 02250. Passengers travelling on the inaugural flight were presented with special gifts to mark the occasion including specially branded Christmas baubles and Swiss chocolates.
The same day Aer Lingus a new service from Dublin to Turin, operating twice weekly on Saturdays and Sundays, until 28th March 2026.The inaugural service operated by EI-DER Airbus A320-214 msn 02583.

Aer Lingus Chief Customer Officer, Susanne Carberry, said “We’re delighted to launch new winter services to Turin and Geneva, expanding our network and giving customers even more choice for seasonal adventures. Whether it’s chasing fresh snow in the Alps or seeking a charming city escape, these new routes from Dublin and Cork offer customers convenient connections to Europe’s most charming destinations.”

Cork Airport Head of Aviation Business Development and Communications, Tara Finn said “The ski holiday market is growing and growing each year, and I’m thrilled to welcome Geneva as the newest addition to serve that market. The new route complements our existing services to Lyon, Munich and Salzburg. It’s the second of Aer Lingus new routes this winter, with the new year-round service to Prague proving very popular indeed!”.

Turin Airport CEO Andrea Andorno, said “We are very pleased with the new flight announced by Aer Lingus to and from Dublin. This connection is an excellent sign, demonstrating the Irish market’s interest in the Piedmont mountains; it also represents an opportunity for tourism development for the entire region.”
