Ukrainian carrier Vulkan Air provides bespoke air charter solutions service, specialising in time-critical logistics chains. The carrier operated a one-time Dublin service on 29 January 2025, using UR-CQD Antonov An-26B msn 10101 , with a payload of 6.3 tonnes and volume 45m.

The 44 year old aircraft has an interesting history first delivered to Aeroflot in August 1980 as CCCP-26014 and in 1992 was delivered to FlyLAL – Lithuanian Airlines as LY-AAJ. Between 1993 and 2004 was operated by Lithuanian Air Force as 04 blue/yellow. In 2012 was delivered to Lativan carrier KS Avia as YL-KSA. In 2016 was delivered to Belarusian airline Rada Airlines as EW-453TG and a year later to Vulkan Air as UR-CQD.
