In an Linkedin post announced in a joint collaboration requiring careful co-ordination and planning, between Glasgow Airfield Operations and the Airport Fire Service, Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance (PAM) Ltd and Cadzow Heavy Haulage Ltd, successfully relocated a disused Boeing 737-800 airframe from Apron Charlie to the Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance (PAM) MRO facility.

The 737-800 airframe will be used to train aircraft engineering apprentices, providing them with invaluable hands-on experience.
