Ryanair announced Eindhoven Airport as its 52nd European Base from April 2013 with a single Boeing 737-800 launching four new routes to Agadir, Bordeaux, Chania and Fez and is to increase frequencies on routes to Alicante, Faro, Ibiza, Malaga, Marrakech and Pisa, also Warsaw Modlin becomes a year round route. The airline plans to carry 1.7 milion passengers from the base on 31 routes operating 238 weekly flights .
Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary said “Ryanair is delighted to announce Eindhoven as our 52nd base and unveil 4 new routes (31 in total) to/from Agadir, Bordeaux, Chania and Fez beginning in April, and the extension of our Warsaw Modlin route, which started in October, as part of our summer schedule

In its route selection, Ryanair has delivered further important ‘Brainport’ business destinations for the province of North Brabant and the stakeholders of Eindhoven Airport “.
Ryanair launched the Dublin-Eindhoven on 19th April 2005 which operates five times weekly expect on Tuesday and Thursdays.
