EI-GCF Airbus A330-302 

Aer Lingus 12th Airbus A330-302 EI-GCF construction number 1187 operated its first passenger revenue service on Saturday 3 March EIN109 from Dublin to New York JFK departing at 1916 local.

The aircraft was delivered Toulouse to Dublin on 20 November 2017 as EIN2535 and performed a brief Dublin circuit test flight on 15 February 2018.  The aircraft is configured in 30 business class and 287 economy seats.

This summer Aer Lingus will offer a total capacity of 2.75 million seats in its largest ever North Atlantic programme adding an additional 177,000 seats.

On 25 March it will launch a new route from Dublin-Philadelphia route and from Dublin to Seattle on 18 May operating a total of 15 North American routes.

Aer Lingus will be deploying Airbus A330-300 capacity on Philadelphia route four times weekly. This summer Aer Lingus 12 strong Airbus A330 fleet consistents  of 4 A330-200s and 8  A330-300s bringing North Atlantic strength up to 16 aircraft (12 A330s and 4 B757-200s).
