Ireland West Airport via its Linkedin page 5 May welcomed a visit from the French Ambassador to Ireland, Céline P. Place as part of her official visit to the West and Northwest of Ireland.
The airport provided the ambassador Céline P. Place an overview of the significant demand that exists for services connecting the West of Ireland and France. Research shows that over 50% of all French visitors to Ireland visit the West & Northwest. Ireland West Airport thanked the Ambassador for committing to supporting our ongoing efforts to secure new access from France, which would provide a major tourism boost for the region.
