Ireland West Airport Knock Marketing Manager Donal Healy said “We are delighted Ryanair have responded to passenger demand from both the region and the UK by introducing new additional evening services to and from London Stansted.

We are seeing increasing numbers, using in particular, our London services for commuting and work purposes in the UK and have had many requests for a later evening service from London to allow for extended weekends with their families.

Likewise these new services will be a boost for businesses in the region with the early morning Stansted departure and new evening departure facilitating a day return for those looking to do business in London and indeed the West and North West of Ireland. “

The carrier will operate a total of 16 weekly flights from Ireland West Knock Airport to London for Summer 2013 operating London Luton daily and London Stansted nine times weekly, this brings in total over 30,000 new seats between London and the West of Ireland in 2013.
