Cork Airport announced Lufthansa is increasing their Cork – Frankfurt seasonal service for Summer 2025, from 30 March. Lufthansa will operate a new Wednesday service in addition to existing Monday, Friday and Sunday services.
This summer season Lufthansa deployed CRJ900 operated by Cityjet and Cityline. To meet peak season August demand Airbus A319s operated a number of services.
Tourism Ireland research shows that Germany is the third-largest source market for overseas tourism.
