Italian carrier ITA Airways Irish registered fleet continues to expand with the addition of two Airbus A350-900 aircraft. ITA Airways operates Airbus A350-900 from Rome Fiumicino hub to Buenos Aires, Delhi, Rio de Janeiro, San Francisco and São Paulo.

EI-HPB Airbus A350-941 msn 2059 delivered Toulouse to Rome Fiumicino on 16 May.

I-ITYB Airbus A350-941 msn 2051 re-registered at Naples as EI-TYB on 18 May prior to returning to Rome Fiumicino on 21 May.

The airline aims to achieve, by the end of its 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, approximately 90% of its fleet being environmentally friendly, consuming 25% less fuel, and emitting fewer CO₂ emissions, with the goal of becoming Europe’s most eco-friendly carrier.
