EJF Capital Sells Stake in Avolon Holdings Ltd
EJF Capital eliminated its stake in shares of Avolon Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:AVOL) during the third quarter, according to its most recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Finnair has entered into a memorandum of understanding on the sale and leaseback of two A350 aircraft
Finnair has entered into a memorandum of understanding with GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (“GECAS”), on the sale and leaseback of two Airbus A350 aircraft. The financing will cover Finnair’s 6th and 7th A350 deliveries, which are currently scheduled to enter the Finnair fleet in July 2016 and February 2017, respectively. The value of the transaction at present foreign exchange rates is approximately 265 million euro. The lease period is 12 years, and it includes extension options.

GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, 21 December announced delivery of a leased Airbus A320 to low-cost carrier VivaColombia.
Intrepid Delivers Additional New Airbus A330-300 on Lease to EVA Airways
Intrepid Aviation announced 22 December the delivery of one (1) new Airbus A330-300 to EVA Airways. The aircraft is powered by CF6-80E engines and is subject to a long-term lease to the Taiwan based airline.

Intrepid Aviation 23 December the financing of one new Airbus A330-300 with DVB Bank. The aircraft delivered December 18 on long-term lease to Evelop Airlines. In addition, Intrepid Aviation also announced the financing of a second new Airbus A330-300 on long-term lease to EVA Airways
