Dubai-based flydubai has taken delivery of its eleventh new Boeing 737 MAX 8, A6-FPH (msn 61037), to its growing 737 MAX fleet. The aircraft departed Boeing Field (BFI) on 28 October at 1801 as FDB9741, arriving Shannon (SNN) next day 29 October at 0935 local. Following an overnight stop, it departed Shannon on 30 October at 0446, landing in Dubai International (DXB) at 1617 local.
Flydubai announced seven new interline agreements, bringing the carrier’s total number of interline partners to more than 40. The strategic agreements give flydubai customers access to more than 30 destinations in Europe through Greece’s flagship carrier, Aegean Airlines, and Italy’s national carrier, ITA Airways. In addition, flydubai passengers travelling to the Far East and South-East Asia can enjoy greater connectivity to more than 90 destinations with Myanmar Airways International and Chinese airlines Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines and Sichuan Airlines.
flydubai operates a a fleet of 95 Boeing 737 aircraft , building a growing network of more than 135 destinations, enabling access to more than 300 destinations through its interline and codeshare partners.
