Emerald Airlines, operator of the Aer Lingus Regional network franchise, have taken delivery of their eighth ATR72-600 aircraft as the carrier plans to have a fleet of 12 in service by July, adding frequencies to its existing route network from its Belfast City (BHD) and Dublin (DUB) bases.

EI-GZV ATR72-212A(600) msn 1471 was delivered Exeter to Dublin on 27th April in full Aer Lingus colours named ‘St Colgan / Colchu’.

The aircraft entered revenue service on 3rd May from Dublin (DUB) to Leeds (LBA) as EAI91NM/LB according to Flightradar24.com data.

According to Planespotters.net the aircraft was formerly registered as 2-CGCA to Chorus Aviation.
