Jota Aviation is operating RJ85 G-JOTR (msn E2294) on behalf of CityJet, to provide cover some of the latter’s capacity shortfalls. The aircraft positioned London Southend to Dublin on 26 May and next day commenced operating services between Dublin and London City the following day.
On Saturday 9 June the aircraft operated return sector from Dublin to it’s base in London Southend as BCY9062/9123.
Jota Aviation, based at London Southend Airport, are a specialized charter operator with a fleet of BAe 146 and Avro RJ’s originally founded to cater to the needs of the motor sport industry. The carrier continues to rapidly expand into ACMI, cargo, ad-hoc passenger and sports travel aviation markets.
