Mexican carrier Aeromexico recently added a trio of Irish registered Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft to its fleet. EI-GZA Boeing 737-8 msn 42837 was delivered Boeing Field to Mexico City on 17th November, this aircraft was originally destined for Norwegian Air Sweden as SE-RTD.

EI-GZB Boeing 737-8 msn 42839 was delivered Boeing Field to Mexico City on 23rd November, this aircraft too like its sistership EI-GZA was originally destined for Norwegian Air Sweden as SE-RTF.

EI-GZC Boeing 737-8 msn 42841 was delivered Boeing Field to Mexico City on 20th November, this aircraft too like its sistership’s was originally destined for Norwegian Air Sweden as SE-RTH and was in storage registered as N5573P.

Last April Aeromexico reached agreement to increase its fleet with twenty-four (24) new Boeing 737 aircraft, including B737-8 and B737-9 MAX and four (4) 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft as part of the airline’s restructured agreements with the manufacturer and certain lessors to incorporate new aircraft. 

Aeromexico operates a fleet of 16 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft with 10 Boeing 737-8 and 6 Boeing 737-9’s.
