Aer Lingus has responded to growing demand by boosting its sun routes from Cork Airport for 2025, increasing flight frequencies to several popular destinations. Starting on 30th March, direct flights to Lanzarote will operate four times per week, while Tenerife South will be served three times per week.  Additionally, flights to Palma de Mallorca will begin on 1st May, operating five times per week.

In addition, Aer Lingus is expanding its Cork Airport base with the launch of two new direct routes for Summer 2025. Beginning 16th April, the airline will operate three weekly flights to Bilbao, followed by a new route to Bordeaux, starting 15th May, also with three weekly services.

All services will be operated by the 174-seat Airbus A320-200 aircraft, further expanding Aer Lingus’ presence from Cork Airport.
