FROSCH Ireland is reflecting on a major milestone reached last year, marking 25 years in business and looking ahead to the next chapter of growth for the organisation.

FROSCH Ireland CEO & Founder Angela Walsh said “Marking 25 years is an important moment to recognise the legacy, the people and the relationships that have brought us this far. I’m proud to be driving the next phase of our journey, building on what’s been achieved and shaping what comes next with real ambition and purpose.”

In November 2025, FROSCH Ireland celebrated its 25th anniversary with a special event that brought together long-standing team members, senior leadership, and founders. The occasion offered an opportunity to reflect on the company’s journey over the past quarter-century, while also setting the tone for the future. The anniversary event was held in a relaxed, talk-show-style format, combining reflection, conversation and light-hearted celebration. Anthony O’Mara acted as MC for the day, guiding guests through a programme of interviews and team activities, creating plenty of opportunities to connect.

The afternoon opened with “The Story So Far,” a recap of FROSCH Ireland’s evolution since its founding, followed by “The Next Chapter,” which explored the organisation’s direction as it enters its next phase of growth. A series of informal conversations saw members of the Senior Leadership Team — including Angela Walsh, Maria Murphy, Deirdre Fitzgerald and Jackie Sheehan — take the “hot seat” for Q&A sessions. John Galligan and Frances Grogan later joined Anthony on stage to discuss their experiences following FROSCH Ireland’s recent acquisitions.

A team challenge, “Snapshots of Us,” provided a lighter moment before guests took time to relax ahead of the evening celebrations. The group then gathered in the Piano Bar for pre-dinner drinks, followed by a celebratory meal where Anthony O’Mara and Angela Walsh shared reflections on the milestone and spoke about the organisation’s priorities for the years ahead.

FROSCH Ireland continues to expand through acquisitions, including The Travel Broker (2024), Grogan Travel (2025), and most recently John Galligan Travel (2025).
