Belfast based 247 Aviation announced it has successfully completed the inaugural mission for its newly acquired Learjet 45XR, the company announced via company LinkedIn page. The aircraft flew a time-critical organ transport on behalf of the Belfast Health Trust, arriving at Belfast City Airport.
Aircraft ground handling was coordinated by sister company Jet Assist, with patient transfer managed by IMT Medical Transport Limited—both part of SERE Holdings Ltd. The operation marked a fully accredited end-to-end medical transport mission, showcasing the integrated capabilities of the group.
The addition of the Learjet 45XR is a major step in 247 Aviation’s expanding commitment to NHS air ambulance and aero-medical services across the UK.
