Flydubai has taken delivery of another Boeing 737-8 MAX, with the latest aircraft, registered A6-FQG (msn 61031), passing through Shannon Airport on June 25 on delivery from the United States to the UAE.

The aircraft flew nonstop from Boeing Field in Seattle to Shannon, where it made an overnight technical stop before departing the following day direct to Dubai International Airport (DXB).

A6-FQG is the fourth Boeing 737 MAX aircraft to be delivered to Flydubai via Shannon this year. Previous deliveries included A6-FQE (msn 61027) on 5 April , A6-FQF (msn 61029) on 29 May, and A6-FQH (msn 60991) on 13 June.

Flydubai is currently the largest operator of the Boeing 737 MAX in both the Middle East and the GCC region. The Dubai-based carrier operates a growing fleet of 91 Boeing 737 aircraft, comprising 29 Next-Generation 737-800s, 62 737 MAX 8s, and three 737 MAX 9s. The airline serves a network of more than 125 destinations across 54 countries.
