Africa Charter Airline, based in South Africa, has bolstered its fleet with the addition of a second ex ASL Airlines Ireland Boeing 737-400F, its third Boeing 737 Classic freighter.

The newly acquired aircraft registered C5-JRC, a 1994-built Boeing 737-476(SF) (MSN 24446), previously operated by ASL Airlines Ireland under the registration EI-JRC, was delivered between January 10-11, 2025.

The aircraft routed from Sofia to Johannesburg, with stopovers in Luxor and Nairobi.

The carrier now operates a fleet of seven Boeing 737 Classics, primarily used for aircraft hire, chartered flights, and cargo services.

The carrier utilizes a King Air 200 for VIP operations. The airline also manages an in-house maintenance division, Jet Centre Aircraft Maintenance, to support its fleet operations.
