Belfast International Airport announced the launch of PRM Assist, marking a major advancement in the delivery of special assistance services in Northern Ireland. Belfast International Airport is the first airport in Northern Ireland to deploy this cutting-edge mobile application, aimed at significantly improving the travel experience for passengers with reduced mobility.

PRM Assist is designed to transform how passengers arrange and manage their assistance needs. Passengers benefit from real-time updates on booking confirmations, waiting times, and important notifications about delays. The app also allows users to request specific assistance and provide feedback to continually enhance the service.
