In Linkedin post Lufthansa Technik Dublin MES (Mobile Engine Services) celebrated marked its fifth year of operation. The 3,500 sqm facility, employs 50 staff servicing CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B engines, which are used on the Airbus A320ceo family and the Boeing 737 Next Generation and also provides field Mobile Engine Services.

The company plans expand to 10 bays at the end of this year, extending its market capabilities to include CFM56-5A and -5C engines.

In an €28 million investment Lufthansa Technik AG the Irish subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG, established Lufthansa Technik MES Dublin, based in Ceilbridge, Co Kildare. Ireland is part of a network of five Mobile Engine Services stations with the others located in Montreal (Canada), Tulsa (Oklahoma/USA), Frankfurt (Germany) and Shenzhen (China).
