Faroe Island based Atlantic Airways has selected Dublin Aerospace to carry a C Checks on its A319’s at it’s Dublin Facility.

Atlantic Airways Technical Director William Smith commented “It´s like a journey back to the roots ,coming from the Faroe Islands to Ireland, and Dublin,  there are links from the past, showing that settlers from Ireland were the first to set foot on the Faroe Islands, and now we are linking in again via air.”

Atlantic Airways is the national airline of the Faroe Islands, operating domestic helicopter services and international passenger services as well as search and rescue responsibilities from its base at Vágar Airport. The carrier operates a fleet of six aircraft 3 Airbus A319s , 1 Bae RJ100 and 2 Bell 412s for Search & Rescue.
