Learjet 40 

A Learjet 40 registered M-DMBP is now based at Venair Hangar on west side of Dublin Airport arrived on Sunday 5th July arriving 1625 hours local. Interestingly this aircraft was delivered through Shannon Airport on 27th March arriving from Keflavik It departed later same day to London Southend.

According to Isle of Man aircraft registry M-DMBP construction number 45-2133 was registered on 13th March 2015 to VEN AIR, Milestown Castlebellingham Dundalk Co Louth Ireland, formerly registered in Brazil as PR-RNF.

This aircraft has drawn considerable interest on Irish spotters list one aviation enthusiast commented that the latter part of it’s registration DMBP may refer to “Dawn Meats Beef Processors”.

The Learjet 40 is derived from the Learjet 45 produced by Bombardier Aerospace carries 6 passengers over 1,954 nautical miles cruising at 428 knots, can climb up to maximum cruising height of 51,000ft is powered by Honeywell TFE731-20AR-1B engines, with state of art Honeywell Primus 1000 digital avionics suite.
