Aer Lingus restores London Gatwick connectivity, increases New York JFK frequency - IrishAero - Irish Aviation Research Institute

                                                                  

Aer Lingus stored connectivity in the key London market with the reinstatement of the Dublin to London Gatwick route with effect from Tuesday 17th August operating 10 times weekly using Airbus A320-200 aircraft.  According to Aer Lingus OBE (online booking engine) frequencies will be increased to 40 flights weekly during September.

Separately the carrier has increased capacity on Dublin to New York JFK effective from 17th August  with the introduction of a second daily EIN107 operating five times weekly operated by Airbus A321NEO aircraft, now operating a total of twelve weekly flights on the route.

The airline has begun a phased restoration of its European network recently adding Bordeaux , Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Toulouse.
