Emerald Airlines ATR72-600

Emerald Airlines, exclusive operator of Aer Lingus Regional, has taken delivery of 17th ATR72-600 aircraft on lease from AerCap, the world’s largest global aircraft lessor.

OE-IHF ATR72-212A(600) msn 1109 Emerald Airlines ‘EAI077P’ delivered Dinard-Dublin-Exeter 18 September. The aircraft was cancelled from Austrian registry 24 September as G-CMMT to Emerald Airlines UK, positioning to Belfast City Airport. The aircraft entered revenue service next day to Birmingham EIN3640/1.

This aircraft was perviously registered to GECAS as EI-FSO from September 2018 to October 2019.

The carrier released its winter schedule effective from 31st October, over 1.1 million seats are available from Dublin, Belfast, and Cork, across a total of 28 routes, operating 12 routes from Belfast City Airport, 15 routes from Dublin Airport and Cork to Bristol.
