Irish ACMI carrier CityJet has completed its transition to an all-CRJ900 fleet. The carrier phased out its last two 100-seat CRJ1000ER aircraft as part of a broader corporate restructuring. The carrier operates 18 CRJ900s with the fleet deployed primarily on behalf of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS Airlines) under a long-term ACMI agreement based at Copenhagen.

According to German aviation website Skyliner Aviation, CRJ1000ER EI-HIB (msn 19002) was ferried from Copenhagen to Maastricht on 17 August, followed by sistership EI-HIE (msn 19010) on 19 August. Both aircraft are being returned to their lessors.
