Dublin based ASL Aviation Holdings announced the acquisition of two Boeing 747-400ERF freighters.  The aircraft were previously operated within the group under operating lease, expanding its portfolio of owned long-haul cargo aircraft.

The two Boeing 747-4B5ERF aircraft MSN 33516 (OE-IFB) and MSN 33945 (OE-IFD), are operated by ASL Airlines Belgium and embedded within the group’s long-haul freighter fleet.

The acquisition also increases ASL’s owned aircraft portfolio as the group continues developing its international air cargo platform and positioning its fleet to meet the long-term requirements of its airline operations and customers.
