The use of AI-powered screen-scraping, automated browsing, visual data extraction, or similar automated methods to access, capture, reproduce, analyse, or extract information from the Irish Aviation Research Institute website is strictly prohibited, except where expressly authorised by way of commercial agreement and NDA with Irish Aviation Research Institute.

This prohibition applies to automated or AI-assisted tools that:

 

• capture or interpret information displayed on a screen;
• extract, copy, index, or reproduce content automatically;
• circumvent or interfere with technical access controls;
• collect information at a scale or frequency not intended for ordinary users; or
• otherwise access or process Institute resources through automated means contrary to applicable terms and conditions.

Any permitted automated access must comply fully with the Institute’s applicable terms and conditions, technical requirements, copyright restrictions, privacy obligations, and written authorisation by way of commercial agreement and NDA.

Unauthorised AI screen scraping or automated extraction may constitute a breach of the applicable terms and conditions and may result in access being restricted or terminated and, where appropriate, further action being taken as per website terms and conditions.
