Irish Aviation Research Daily Aviation Brief and Website
This Licence Agreement governs access to and use of the Irish Aviation Research Daily Aviation Brief and associated website (the “Service”).
Licence
Irish Aviation Research grants the subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for their own personal use. For business purposes and users a formal licence and commercial agreement is required and NDA must be signed.
Copyright and Ownership
All articles, reports, analysis, graphics, databases and other content provided through the Service remain the intellectual property of Irish Aviation Research. No ownership rights are transferred to the subscriber.
Permitted Use
The subscriber must not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission.
Website Content
Access to website content is subject to NDA and commercial agreement with monthly subscription payment. Irish Aviation Research may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

The Daily Aviation Brief and website are provided for general information and research purposes. While reasonable care is taken in preparing the content, Irish Aviation Research does not warrant that all information is complete, accurate or current and accepts no responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of the Service.
Third-Party Content
Third-party information, links and materials remain the responsibility of their respective owners and may be subject to additional terms.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if the subscriber breaches this Agreement. Upon termination, the subscriber must cease using and distributing the Service content.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from it.
